The Mission of the NH Police Cadet Training Academy is to build qualities such as self-discipline, self-respect, self-esteem, and pride, through respect, discipline, teamwork, and motivation.

About Us

The New Hampshire Police Cadet Training Academy is a one-week, residential program held each June at the New Hampshire Technical Institute. Open to young people ages 14 to 20, the Academy provides hands-on training and guidance in law enforcement, leadership, and personal development.

The Academy follows a three-year progression, with each level designed to build on the last. Cadets begin with the Basic Academy, progress to the Advanced Academy, and culminate their experience in the Leadership Academy. While the program takes place annually, participants are encouraged to return each year to complete all three phases.
