The New Hampshire Police Cadet Training Academy is an intensive week-long residential program for young men and women ages 14-20. This program began in 1973 and has continuously operated each summer since, maintaining its rich tradition and excellence.

This academy has a curriculum with a focus on Law Enforcement. Cadets will enjoy a regimented paramilitary structure. The mission of the academy is to build qualities such as self-discipline, self-respect, self-esteem, and pride in one’s self through respect, discipline, teamwork and motivation. Cadets will participate in physical training, formations, marching and other military etiquette.

Police Cadets will follow very specific guidelines and orders for dormitory/living arrangements. Training and classroom sessions will cover an assortment of law enforcement related topics. Police Cadets will be mentored and served by a variety of law enforcement officers and other related personnel and staff.

Are you prepared to be challenged and motivated to succeed?

Don't let finances be a concern.  We have many generous patrons who sponsor tuition aid programs so as many young adults from all economic situations have the opportunity to attend.  For information on tuition aid please contact Academy Commander Justin Rowe by email.
